nothing more to say than you should have provided more choices ... for the most part everything was VERY good ... the only reason things were not "great" is that multiple last minute closing costs were reflected more than we were advised ... I am not "blaming" Brian or the processor, but these are the professionals that were to prepare and guide us... these extra funds were enormous... not just petty cash differences ... and made the closing very fearful for adequate funds
